The company has high sales expectations comparable to those of larger, more established competitors. However, leadership seems out of touch with field realities, as evidenced by only 1 in 10 Account Executives meeting their targets over the past two years. While the team is friendly, the large mid-management layer and a manage-up culture would benefit from a shake-up.

Leadership is a mess in multiple departments. Seems like they’re checked out or genuinely don’t know how to do the job. Nepotism driving hiring and advancement. 10% of AEs/Sales team is hitting their number. Leadership just says “we got this”. No strategy, no target adjustments, just cheerleading from the top.
