Be very very careful which sales team you join and who is your manager. Ultimately, decisions come from senior leadership and they are inexperienced to be running a scale up of this nature. Most of them have never ran a true enterprise motion. Fear culture and firing people for no reason. People are scared to leave reviews. Dont get me wrong the platform is great and customers love. Is it mission-critical, no but its strong. Sales Leadership will be the reason for this company fails

The product is fantastic. Blows customer's and prospects minds. But keep in mind that the space is relatively new and customers don't really have a sense of urgency around Synthesia or any products similar to this. It's early days.
