After the Advent purchase of SYSPRO the company has changed 100%. The culture has disappeared. Most employees are remote and there is little leadership in the USA. Most leadership is in the UK and South Africa leaving the US with no support or voice. The product is not positioned for the cloud.

The solution was well positioned in the marketplace although brand awareness was low. The cloud offering was 2 years behind schedule. The top line managers lacked strategic direction and provided minimal guidance.
