While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. Great people, great product - vibes are good here. Opportunity for growth. Base salary could use some work, but OTE is more attainable than other places I’ve worked at.
