Current Employee It’s a great company. Well established, everyone in the industry knows and respects us. We just don’t have a lot of commission opportunity. Most of the jobs give us a “bonus” if we hit our goal. They’ll say it’s up to 20% and show you the month against your salary, but you’ll realistically make 7-12%. It’s a great company to learn the industry and gain knowledge.
