Less than ideal. The company was acquired by a PE firm that went out of it's way to "maximize" every dollar spent and eventually move to a boutique consulting firm at the back of its dedicated sales team.

TalentNeuron is run by the PE company that purchased it from Gartner and their actions demonstration that they care neither about the employees or the actual success of the business.
