The culture and leadership here is very analytical, and not very human-centered. I was shocked to see large deals being closed with minimal fanfare, pivotal announcements being made without much conviction, and overall just a major emphasis on execution without any corresponding sense of purpose, values or meaning.

Amazing product, sales-first culture, market leader. Long sales cycles and big deals can lead to feast or famine. Very low rep turnover which is likely attributed to excitement around market position and product.
