Teya was on a quest to acquire a ton of companies, without (in my opinion) perform proper due diligence. Solutions acquired were slowly or barely getting integrated into the tech stack and culturally there was barely any corporation of new businesses either. The company was highly decentralized and little sense of community. Compensation was 'ok' but target impossible to achieve. Products seem great, but can't compete with other solutions in the market.

My overall experience was fine. Spent some time without impactful leadership, which has changed over time. Deal size quite low. Easy to close though.

Fast paced short sales cycles with products that were good fit for market but contract / pricing structure was not viable. Lots of changes in products and expectations. Lots of redundancies in Tech and Sales. Lots of change of leadership.
