I would not recommend working here. With over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, this has been my worst professional experience to date. The company’s growth strategy relies heavily on acquiring niche software products in the oil & gas space but lacks the foundational support for success—there is no sales training, no product training, and no pipeline support. Selling into this extremely niche market is challenging, with more competition than leadership acknowledges. A recent acquisition of a supply chain solution was seen as a growth driver, but there is no clear strategy or enablement for selling it effectively. The company culture lacks focus on employee success: there’s no equity offering, no spiffs, and no understanding of modern sales organization structures. Apparently, they've had 5 VP's of Sales in the last 6-7 years which should tell you everything you need to know. Ultimately, it operates as a legacy software provider with a small TAM (total addressable market) and is private equity-owned, which limits innovation and agility
