Constant comp structure change along with shaky leadership, and coworkers who hold grudges

Transfix was an early player in the tech brokerage era but has been surpass by every main competitor out there. ( Convoy, Uber, Loadsmart) As a sales rep is was frustrating brining on opportunities that the business wasn't able to support.
