Current Employee The leadership/founders are inexperienced in running any business. They are much more focused on promoting their "genius" than focusing on making sure the product they are delivering is innovative and market-leading.
Management leads with a "No" for everything and seems to enjoy "pushing back" in every deal-making interaction to satisfy their own personal belief that they are a master deal maker.
No opportunity for advancement or career development at the organization. The manager of the Partnerships team is not suited for the role, has no sales background, or professional presence, and cherry-picks accounts from the inbound leads for himself.
