Hired a new CRO in May, but the old one never stepped aside, so no one’s actually leading. More reps than customers, the entire CSM team just quit, and most ‘customers’ are just one-off pilots with zero ARR. Attainment is 0% for all reps but 2. There’s no product enablement, no clear value, and no real direction.They will get you in with high base + ote and a number of false promises. Treat AEs like BDRs expecting us to send outbound video messages via LI. It’s pretty obvious this company isn’t going anywhere.

GTM leadership is almost nonexistent, despite having a CRO and multiple senior management positions. Pricing is overly complex and every deal has to go through finance before being approved.

No product-market fit, no defined product strategy, no enablement in place, and fewer than two reps hitting quota. A new CRO was recently hired, but there’s little indication of short-term progress. The SE team is small, stretched thin, clearly overworked, and reliant on two senior individuals spread across all accounts.
