Completely overhired AEs and nobody is hitting their number. Good product but leadership has no idea what they're doing and might bungle this opportunity.

The SDR function does not work; leadership should explore. Overhired AE's make it very hard to build a pipeline. highly priced product

No product-market fit, no defined product strategy, no enablement in place, and fewer than two reps hitting quota. A new CRO was recently hired, but there’s little indication of short-term progress. The SE team is small, stretched thin, clearly overworked, and reliant on two senior individuals spread across all accounts.
