Former Employee2.4Apr 22, 2025Since the merger with Clipp, the company culture has greatly diminished. I was a former Clipper Magazine employee and loved my job. Since merging with Valpak, there has been little to no training and poor management. Only veteran employees receive favorable treatment and it is hard for new employees to be successful.
