Current Employee There is a sever lack of direction from the company, recently hired new leadership to 'right the ship'. This is the 3rd time in less than 4 years. There is a lack of identity with the company, and churn is at an alltime high. The previous few years leadership has shared that the company is doing well, however with the new leadership in place, it was shared that we have failed to hit our new bookings target 5 years in a row. A new idea is brought to the table every week, implemented in a month, and then forgot about by the end of the quarter. Spin those wheels and burn that rubber, a company filled with smoke
