The culture at Veo is second to none, and the base salary gives you enough to work in a hybrid office/remote role in Miami. Where Veo struggles is its commission structure. You have a set monthly target, if it is hit (regardless of what that target is), you are paid approximately 2k in commission. Growing startup deciding between top level sales talent or whether new sales professionals can get the job down. Culture dynamic between US employees and Danish employees is an interesting mix but positive overall. Not the best environment for over achievers.
