Overall very bad. The leadership has a bad vision, attempting to make us like an Amazon. Also they constantly change compensation and add metrics to hit your bonus.

Great company to work for that really puts resources toward your personal development. The sky is the limit with how much you earnings you make, depends on your work ethic.
