Wellhub has a great product, but awful leadership. Leadership will do anything and say anything to make a sale including being extremely unethical. They say they care about employee wellbeing and happiness but that is the furthest thing from the truth. They will have you grind till you are burnt out and then hire someone else.

Overall experience was okay. Incredible product but I've been here 4 years and enterprise management is subpar, pay has come up short on multiple promotions and less than half the team has hit quota in every position I've had. If you're looking for an opportunity to be successful, it most likely will not be here.

My overall experience was okay. The team was great and loved my coworkers, and we all shared a strong passion for fitness. There was a disconnect between expectations and reality when it came to quota. My entire team was hitting maybe 5% of quota (during COVID) but OTE was misleading.
