Good team and culture. But very low product fit, legacy infrastructure and processes make it very hard to be agile and adapt to current market conditions.

Great culture, need to do better with compensation. Need to continue to evolve with the times. Leadership needs to be better with where they want the company to go. No clear goals for the future.
