Terrible and awful company! No organizational structure and non-transparent expectations.

My overall experience is mentally draining. No CRM, just shared excel sheets. Sales representatives have not been paid out on commissions all year. No company culture, clock-in clock-out mentality. Most people really need the money and can’t leave.
