Former Employee Overall the job/company was great as an entry-level sales role, and introducing someone to the world of Tech/SaaS sales. My coworkers were also great to work with, and really made the job worthwhile.
On the other hand - everything else about the role wasn't great. The base salary, especially with consideration to the workload required, was pretty poor. Leadership would constantly change targets and commission structure, usually to make it harder to get your commission paid out.
In my short time there - they increased KPI quota, changed the commission structure 3+ times, and leadership antagonised SDRs when concerns over the job were brought up.
Unless things improve, this is a get in, get your experience, and get out sort of job.
