It’s a great company internationally, but are yet to establish themselves in the States. Their processes are all over the place and they’ve grown heavily through acquisitions further leading to chaos. The targets they set are very unrealistic due to PE pressures. Only silver lining is working for one of the acquired firms who protect their AEs
