Management was amazing, let you do your thing as long as you're hitting target. Base comp was terrible, however the product sells easily so your earning potential is quite high. If you hit quota, or exceed it, they just raise your quota the next year and don't provide you with a salary raise or bonus. This made it more difficult to hit/exceed quota to gain...Read More

CEO is positive, entrepreneurial and high energy, loves sales. Doesn't necessarily understand what it takes to sell, the process. There is no long term business plan, everything is last minute, systems are not great. Tons of internal deal impeders.
