We’re looking for an Account Executive, Apparel Industry to join our team in the US (Remote). The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

As we expand our reach in the apparel and fashion industry, we’re hiring an Account Accountive to add net new business and grow strategic customer relationships. You'll work with leading apparel brands, vertically integrated manufacturers, and distributors across North America to ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions.
About the role
The Account Executive is responsible for adding net new customers by pursuing new Greenfield opportunities in the market and helping these companies choose the right Aptean solution. This person must participate in a comprehensive sales process that promotes cross-functional collaboration. This person will also be responsible for planning, developing and executing sales strategies to meet an established quota within the Eastern US/Canada region.
You will also:
- Self-prospect key targeted accounts to schedule discovery and demo calls
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and conduct discovery with all new prospects to understand needs and ensure you have proper info to conduct demonstrations and guide sales conversation with prospects
- Run web-based demos and diagnostic meetings highlighting solutions that map to potential client needs
- Quarterback deals with key internal resources to successfully win large pieces of business
- Game plan and execute an account strategy to achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals; proactively manage qualified pipeline of outbound and inbound leads
- Manage and grow relationships with fashion and apparel companies—ranging from emerging brands to global enterprises.
- Understand the seasonal, fast-paced nature of the apparel industry and help customers navigate challenges like speed to market, demand planning, and supply chain complexity.
- Maintain accurate account data and pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently deliver against targets.
- Attend apparel industry events and customer on-sites to deepen relationships and stay current on industry trends.
About You
- 5+ years of sales experience in a software or SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of the apparel, fashion, or sewn-goods manufacturing industries (direct experience in a brand, factory, or supply chain context is a major plus).
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset—you can guide conversations with both technical users and C-level stakeholders.
- Skilled at presenting software solutions both remotely and in person.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.
