Job Description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our Dev platform product (our fastest-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling Dev platform sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our Dev product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.

Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe!

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our Dev product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion.
  • Lead discovery and Dev-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Dev platform product in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale.

Your Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals - must.
  • Native English speaker - must.
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Track record of success and overachievement.
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Additional languages – advantage.
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment.
