Great people, great experience, but there’s no real bonus for performance. There’s a bi-annual bonus related to performance as well as other factors like teamwork and culture, and it’s not comparable to commission structures in other companies in terms of amount of money. But I still chose to work at Monday for the overall experience and growth opportunities.

For enterprise / strategic sellers: how is the market fit currently and WHO in the org is your main target? It seems the platform can be sold to quite a few different departments / personas. I'm currently selling to IT and don't want to stray too far from that.
