Growth Lead
Job Description
Growth Lead
We’re looking for a Growth Lead who can drive pipeline, create momentum, and fuel revenue growth. If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, want a role where effort directly equals earnings, and are looking for career growth - this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Have conversations all day. LinkedIn, email, cold calls, in-person—your job is to create meaningful interactions and convert prospects into qualified meetings for the AE team.
- Own your performance. Hit daily, monthly, and quarterly activity + pipeline targets.
- Build a seller brand. Post on LinkedIn, share insights, and grow your presence to increase response rates and credibility.
- Run multichannel outreach. You won’t be stuck doing heavy prospecting - we provide targeted lists, talk tracks, and proven messaging. You focus on execution and outcomes.
What You Bring
- A track record of high achievement and a strong work ethic.
- Confidence and excitement around cold calling. (This is a major part of the role - if you don’t enjoy calling, this isn’t the right fit.)
- Hunger, competitiveness, and self-motivation. Surpassing OTE is expected for top performers.
- Bonus: Former athletes or experience selling into GTM leaders (helpful but not required).
Why This Role Matters
- You’ll be the engine creating real pipeline and shaping how prospects experience the brand. If you want a role where effort is rewarded, coaching is constant, and growth is rapid - we should talk.
Benefits
- Medical and dental coverage
- Matching 401(k)
- Flexible PTO
- Paid parental leave, aligned with your state’s requirements
Base: $55,000 | OTE: $90,000
