
Implementation Strategy Operations Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Strategy Operations Consultant to join our Poland-based Implementation Strategy (IS) Operations Team. This primarily internal-facing role is central to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our greater Professional Services Sales Team (Implementation Strategy Team). The successful candidate will act as the backbone of our Implementation Strategy function, ensuring timely triage, appropriate routing, and seamless documentation for professional services sales opportunities in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) space.
You’ll partner closely with IS Consultants, Customer Success Managers, PS Delivery Management, and Solution Consulting to operationalize and optimize the opportunity-to-contract lifecycle — particularly for low-complexity implementation scopes and modifications. This role requires a blend of SaaS delivery knowledge, Billtrust platform expertise, and operational rigor.
What You’ll Do

Operational Oversight & Team Support
- Act as the primary operations point of contact for the IS Team, helping maintain focus and accountability across team activities.
- Leverage tools and reporting to drive visibility, prioritization, and follow-through on active opportunities.

Opportunity Triage & Assignment
- Own and manage the triage queue for all incoming Implementation Strategy opportunities.
- Accept or reject opportunities based on pre-established criteria, including urgency and materiality.
- Route accepted opportunities by team category (e.g., DMS, Strategic/Core, Operations, etc.).
- Make initial resource assignment recommendations based on team load balancing reports, finalized in daily standups.
- Scope-to-Contract Execution
- Drive end-to-end scoping, documentation, and contracting for low-complexity “modification” opportunities, including:
- Template updates
- SSO enablement
- Logo and name changes
- Time-bound work buckets under predefined thresholds (e.g., <30-50 hours)
- Partner with CSMs, Sales, and Solutions Consulting to ensure timely turnaround of SOWs and required deliverables.

Documentation & Communication
- Provide sales teams and/or CSMs with final SOWs, supporting materials, and standardized communication templates to enable smooth downstream handoffs.

Operational Enablement
- Maintain IS Team alignment by supporting internal communications, enforcing SLAs, and monitoring progress across key metrics
- Continuously improve internal workflows, playbooks, and support tools used by the Implementation Strategy team
- Serve as a systems and process SME on Billtrust capabilities in the context of implementation planning
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Sales/Operations Support roles; O2C or FinTech experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical solutioning and implementation workflows; BA-level proficiency with systems and integrations (e.g., SSO, API-based services)
- Experience with triage, opportunity qualification, and sales documentation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficient with Salesforce, project management tools, and internal reporting dashboards is a plus
- Located within Poland; availability to support North American working hours when needed
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with Billtrust or similar O2C platforms
- Familiarity with Professional Services operations and project scoping
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining collaborative alignment
