Your Impact:
As an Account Executive at Torch, you will play a critical role in accelerating our growth by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will work closely with small and midsize dental practices (SMBs), understanding their needs and showing them how Torch delivers real, measurable value. You thrive when given autonomy and responsibility and are excited to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where your results directly impact the team. Our team will empower you with the tools, support, and ownership needed to succeed and offer a fast-paced career path with competitive compensation growth.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of professional sales experience, including conducting outbound prospecting and demonstrated success in closing new business (preferably software sales)
- Experience selling into small and midsize businesses (e.g. doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
- Excited to conduct 90+ outbound cold calls while in ramp, 60+ outbound cold calls once ramped
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen actively and empathize with the buyer
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: OTE is $100,000 (additional earning potential with uncapped commission), Base salary is $62,500
