The Partnerships team plays a key role in expanding and supporting Toast’s network of integration partners. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Partner Support Associate to join the team. In this role, you’ll ensure our partners receive timely, accurate assistance – helping to build strong, lasting relationships and a world-class partner experience.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Partner Relationship Management & Support
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for unmanaged integration partners, handling day-to-day operational support and inquiries.
      • Support integration follow-ups and issue resolution post go-live.
      • Follow up on outstanding partner payments and GA milestones.
    Operational & Administrative Oversight
      • Manage onboarding administration (e.g., ACH setup, contact/account creation).
      • Maintain partner documentation across internal tools (Monday, Wikis).
      • Manage partner ecosystem listings and contact information.
      • Assist with monitoring KPIs related to partner experience and operational effectiveness.
      • Respond to ad hoc partner data requests.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Liaise between Business Development and Partner Billing teams to support partner billing and invoicing inquiries.
      • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Marketing to support partner needs.
      • Coordinate partner support across internal stakeholders.
    Communications & Brand Management
      • Help manage press release approvals.
      • Review partner press releases for brand and factual alignment.
    Process Improvement
      • Identify and execute opportunities to streamline processes and enhance partner support in partnership with BD Operations/Systems team.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience in a support, operations, or administrative role – ideally at a tech company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with data – including gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for internal or external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)

  • Experience with billing, invoicing, or revenue operations.
  • Background in the restaurant, hospitality, or fintech space.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Excel, or technical tools (e.g., APIs, SQL, light programming).
  • A love for bread puns (okay, not required — but encouraged).

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range

$86,000$138,000 USD
