Former Employee You can get started quicker, but the longer you work there, the more you realize the managment is inexperienced and that the toxicity starts at the top. (Anyone is an ideal client if they have a business) in ceo words, even if they give you their last dollar. Asked to identify the icp or retention rate, managers don't even know how to answer and say whoever you get on the phone. Can make good money, but have to put feelings aside and be able to handle a weekly sales quota to reach a higher commission template, so not like most places with a monthly or quarterly quota, it's a weekly rollercoaster
