It was a good experience to gain knowledge about the industry. However, the management structure was not the best.

I started working at GreenSky 1 month after they went public. They slashed commissions and also changed us from salary to hourly pay! We were over-worked and underpaid! Please note: the company has now been acquired by Goldman Sachs, so i am not sure if it is any better of a place to work now.
