Continued shifts to personnel and strategy, in an effort to find product market fit, have affected the company incredibly adversely. The company is under-resourced in every capacity and leadership continues to make mind boggling decisions that make attracting new customers and decreasing churn nearly impossible.

Great company, but a lot to figure out when it comes to leadership and processes. Startup is a very challenging space so the right leaders are important and it feels we lack clarity in the vision moving forward.
