Current Employee Upside: Not micromanaged which is great! Has a flexible schedule in the field and work from home no field offices at all. Middle management is great and cares about their teams. Decent pto and management always grants requests and personal days.
Down side: Goals are unrealistic and upper management does not base them on market trends or realistic trends whatsoever. Tracking for numbers is not reliable. Bonus structure is convoluted and not clear cut and feels like there is some goal post moving.
Base pay is only 20k annually. No adjustment in base or commission % to compensate for inflation in 5 years. In fact they dropped comission rate down 1 full point.
Overall, decent place to start a sales career and to get some good sales skills established, but for sure not a place in
which you can grow your book quickly or step up an echelon.
