Upside: Not micromanaged which is great! Has a flexible schedule in the field and work from home no field offices at all. Middle management is great and cares about their teams. Decent pto and management always grants requests and personal days. Down side: Goals are unrealistic and upper management does not base them on market trends or realistic trends whatsoever....Read More
