The organization has some wicked smart people on the data analytics and AI side. However, the sales culture is challenging as they are extremely Google-dependent. I also believe they hire to show growth, fire to trim the bottom line in inhumane fashion. Therefore, you will be paid well but your tenure may be abruptly cut short unless you close deals much faster than the sales cycle suggests.
