Stay far away from the Thomas & Betts division. It's a complete dumpster fire. High turnover and the bonus structure is a joke. In fact, It's mid-May and we haven't even received our sales targets for this year. Mind you we are supposed to get quarterly bonuses. Giving you your sales targets months after the quarter is over with is beyond low. That's like a car...Read More

Very much as siloed organization, with barriers to execution. Record order achieved, but compensation plan was revised to minimize payout, and limit it. Several Accounts were shifted to other groups to avoid paying out of bonuses. Overall, collaboration is encouraged, however barriers exist.
