Very much as siloed organization, with barriers to execution. Record order achieved, but compensation plan was revised to minimize payout, and limit it. Several Accounts were shifted to other groups to avoid paying out of bonuses. Overall, collaboration is encouraged, however barriers exist. Team environments exist, but several groups can compete for the same projects. No Sales credit splits for shared projects.

It was a great run. I would say that the product market fit is low as this is now a commodity business.

My overall experience was good here. Some frustrations that come with any business as no business is perfect. Good company seeking deliver great products and solve problems. Great for B2B sales, good sales leadership.
