Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Very much as siloed organization, with barriers to execution. Record order achieved, but compensation plan was revised to minimize payout, and limit it. Several Accounts were shifted to other groups to avoid paying out of bonuses. Overall, collaboration is encouraged, however barriers exist. Team environments exist, but several groups can compete for the same projects. No Sales credit splits for shared projects.
