Current Employee Yeah honestly, ABBYY used to be THE OCR provider. They have really dropped off with the product challenges to the IDP platform. The pay is below the industry standard. There are some GREAT people here but management believes that solving product issues just means trying harder, going onsite, doing account plans, MEDPICC etc. They won't address what's really going on which is that our customers really struggle with the product.
