During my time with the company, I felt that there were too many shifts in direction, creating a sense of instability and uncertainty. The lack of focus made it difficult to understand the company's priorities, and the targets set for employees seemed unattainable. Additionally, the onboarding process lacked the necessary support, leaving new employees feeling unprepared. The inconsistent internal messaging added to the confusion, contributing to a disorganized and challenging work environment.

Yeah honestly, ABBYY used to be THE OCR provider. They have really dropped off with the product challenges to the IDP platform. The pay is below the industry standard. There are some GREAT people here but management believes that solving product issues just means trying harder, going onsite, doing account plans, MEDPICC etc. They won't address what's really going on...Read More
