The biggest competition ADP has is its own reps. If you want I fight your own company day in and day out to own processes then this is the place for you. Not to mention the territory list of accounts is dwindling with 6-8 reps over different BU’s calling the same prospects. Other than that it is a good product fit.

Overall good experience to establish sales career. Could be a place to evolve into leadership. RSUs and 401K are great.

Low base salary, need to grind out each year to barely make over $90,000. Favoritism is high in certain departments and turn a blind eye to unethical sales practices if you bring in revenue.
