Not explained well to myself or other reps upon interview or starting. Most expensive solution in the industry in most cases unless we discount. Otherwise great culture, flexibility, and product fit.

But what they don’t tell you is that the turnover is high not because the job sucks, but mostly because you get super high offers from other sales jobs that double your earnings just because you worked at ADP (known for the amazing sales training).
