Paycor's culture and company overall are amazing. Great coworkers, ZERO internal competition on leads and prospects and good leaders. Where it fell short for me was the compensation for hard work put forth, at least initially. I hit quota 130%+ my first 7 months and since it consumer based commission, you do not get paid on bookings until clients use the product...Read More
