Positive overall. The product is fighting against titans of the CCaaS industry, and overall is good. Heavy hitting client list can help legitimize them to prospects as well. Pay was great compared to market, and despite KPIs changing a lot, they ended up in a fair place. While overall leadership was good, there was very little room for advancement at the time.

The negative comments on Glassdoor are all correct. Constant layoffs, bad culture, poor business decisions are made constantly. The problem goes all the way to the very top. Extremely toxic environment.
