This company has an absolutely terrible management and leadership structure. Leadership fails to provide adequate guidance, yet penalizes representatives for their performance based on this lack of direction. Favoritism is rampant, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment, creating a toxic and demotivating work environment. Additionally, there is a glaring lack of support for those who genuinely want to improve and succeed. These issues highlight the deep flaws in the company's approach to leadership and employee development.

Great if you have a good territory, team & leadership. That can make or break you in this role. If all of those things align, it’s a great role. Wish they offered equity as well.
