The base and incentives are exceptional for the role. However, it is hard to achieve your quota with the rules and constant changes surrounding their structure/management.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Most of sales reps were looking for another job. I'm very surprised the company does as well that it does. Hated by their customers and non customers alike.
