Upper management didn’t communicate well. Quota was sometimes extremely unattainable based on market demands and AT&T infrastructure and capability to meet customer demands. Most frustrating thing was customer credits - company took forever to issue credits but NEVER had a problem charging customer bills and late fees. Overall experience is decent but biggest negative is a pretty significant disconnect between what quotas are set at and what's a realistic target.
