Current Employee Working at AT&T as an Account Executive was not the experience I expected. While the company offers good benefits and decent pay, the overall work environment is highly stressful and micromanaged. The sales goals are constantly increasing, often feeling unrealistic, and there’s little room for flexibility.
Management prioritizes numbers over employees, leading to a culture where you're pushed to sell at any cost. Work-life balance is almost nonexistent, as you're expected to be available beyond regular hours. The commission structure can be inconsistent, with frequent changes that make it difficult to rely on earnings.
