The quota was increased and the number of accounts we are supporting was cut. Also introduced territory qualified pipeline in our comp which gets paid out at the end of the quarter so we have less comp each month (besides the last month of the quarter)

Product market fit is excellent and product leads the market. Tremendous amount of great and deserved product buzz. Weak middle management ruins it, micro-management like you cannot imagine, sslave ship management. Overall do not recommend.
