If it’s your first time in a sales role, this is a good job for you if you become a SDR and you’re OK with reading a script word for word and not selling more like screening inbound leads. This is the job for you. there’s no promotional track. There’s no incentives there’s no pay raises if you become a SDR two or three.

Great leadership and new outbound movement where we reach out to cold clients. We are still trying to figure out the best processes to book more meetings. Leadership has been the best i have even been apart of.
